Avera Desk™ Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Avera Desk™. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are prepared, shipped, tracked, and delivered so customers can understand what to expect after placing an order.
1. Order Preparation
Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully completed.
Orders are reviewed and prepared on regular business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Once an order has been processed, packed, and transferred to the shipping carrier, it will move into the carrier’s delivery system.
2. Estimated Shipping Time
For orders shipped within the United States, the estimated transit time is generally:

This estimate refers to the shipping period after the package has been handed over to the carrier. Actual delivery time may vary by destination, carrier route, weather, holidays, or peak shipping periods.
3. Total Estimated Delivery Time
Total estimated delivery time includes both order preparation and carrier transit.
- Order preparation: 1–2 business days
- Shipping transit: 3–5 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 4–7 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may change due to carrier operations, regional delivery conditions, seasonal volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before the order is completed.
Available shipping methods, rates, discounts, or promotional shipping options may vary. Any available option and cost will be displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.
5. Tracking Information
After an order ships, a shipping confirmation message will be sent when tracking information is available.
Customers may use the tracking number to follow shipment progress through the carrier’s tracking system. Tracking updates may not appear immediately after the label is created, and some carriers may require additional time to scan the package into their network.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Avera Desk™ is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, returned packages, or misdelivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before the order is processed or shipped.
7. Delivery Delays
We work with shipping carriers to support timely delivery, but delays may occasionally occur.

- Public holidays or local delivery restrictions
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, the delivery schedule is managed by the carrier.
8. Delayed or Missing Tracking Updates
If your package appears delayed, please first review the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation.
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, you may contact the carrier for additional details. You may also contact our support team, and we will assist where possible based on the shipment information available.
9. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
A package may be returned to sender if the address is incorrect, delivery attempts are unsuccessful, or the shipment is not claimed within the carrier’s holding period.
If a package is returned to us, we may contact the customer regarding available next steps. Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is requested.

Avera Desk™ currently ships orders within the United States.
